Mum and baby yoga

Anna, our baby yoga guru, will come to your house and spend some time guiding you and your baby through some fun and relaxing yoga moves, showing you how to speed your recovery at the same time as sharing time with your baby.

She specialises in postnatal and baby yoga, which helps to strengthen babies’ bodies and develop co-ordination. It can help with digestion and bring relief to colicky babies and help to settle babies and improve sleep patterns, while postnatal yoga helps mum’s bodies strengthen and tone after the birth of their baby.

£35 per visit.
