Mothers Little Helpers have been great with helping me out with housework. They’re always cheerful, friendly and very trustworthy, I’d recommend them to anyone. My only regret is that Mothers’ Little Helpers weren’t around when my little boy was a baby! Would have been the answer to my prayers!!

‘I contacted Mothers Help in the last weeks of my pregnancy. I have Pelvic Girdle Pain, which on bad days left me on crutches, making cleaning, running around after my toddler and other daily tasks extremely difficult and painful. Lucy arrived, made me a cup of tea, played with my toddler and even managed to get her dressed before cleaning and then helping me lift her into the car. I was relieved to find someone who was flexible in what they would do, not just limited to cleaning, but also had the same high standards of cleanliness (especially as the nesting instinct kicked in). My Mum has stayed for a few weeks following the birth, but I feel relieved to know when she leaves I can call on Mothers Help for whatever help I need.’

I was lucky enough to receive two weeks’ of meals as postpartum gifts from friends. It was fantastic – they were delivered in ready to freeze boxes and I was able to focus on baby instead of worrying about what I was going to feed the family!  We really enjoyed the meals too – thank you!

Thank you very much for looking after Elin when I was in labour with Ioan. She had a good time with you.
